Price is determined by material type, thickness, cutting length, quantity, and processing complexity. You receive a quote same day when you send drawings and quantity info.
Yes, we stock standard materials like MDF, plexiglass, and styrofoam. For special material requests, we initiate the procurement process.
We offer shipping within Istanbul and intercity. Special packaging is done for fragile pieces.
Yes, we produce samples before serial production. Serial production begins after sample approval.
We provide ±0.1 mm tolerance for CNC operations and ±0.05 mm for laser cutting.
We prefer vector formats: DXF, DWG, AI, CDR, SVG, and PDF. If you send raster images (PNG, JPG), we convert them to vector. Specifying dimensions in mm (millimeters) and including a reference measurement in your files speeds up the process.
Yes, laser-cut plexiglass naturally achieves a polished edge. For CNC-cut pieces, flame polishing or mechanical polishing is applied upon request. We determine the most suitable surface quality together on a project basis.
Yes, we always produce a sample before serial production. We test tolerance, surface quality, and assembly compatibility together on the sample, and begin serial production after approval. This process eliminates potential errors from the start.
Absolutely. We provide design support; we can start with a hand sketch, photo, or verbal description. We create the technical drawing and proceed to production after your approval. We also guide you on dimensions, materials, and budget during the design process.
We offer hand delivery or courier within Istanbul. For out-of-city orders, we provide secure shipping through contracted cargo companies. Special protective packaging is applied for fragile and delicate pieces.
